Ingredients
1 cup Strawberries
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
½ Cup Whipping Cream
1 TBS. Sugar
2 TSP.Chocolate Shavings
1 ½ oz Grand Marnier

Method of Preparation:
Prepare Strawberries - remove stem, cut in half, place in bowl. Sprinkle with sugar.
Marinate with Grand Marnier for 10 minutes. Whip cream to a peak.
Fold into strawberries with ice cream. Present in a frozen martini glass.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
