Serves 4-6

Ingredients
½ cup Grated Parmesan
½ cup Bread Crumbs
¼ cup Melted Butter
1 TBS. Olive Oil
¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
¼ cup Red Bell Peppers
¼ cup Yellow Peppers
1 TS Salt & Fresh Pepper
1 Lb. Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
¼ cup Cream
½ Lb. Crab Meat
½ cup Grated Mozzarella

Method of Preparation:

Combine the Parmesan, Bread Crumbs, and Butter, blend and press the mixture into the bottom of a Small Springform Pan.

Heat the Oil in a large skillet. Add the Onions and the Yellow and Red Bell Peppers and sauté, for 2 minutes. Stir in Salt and Pepper, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Beat the Cream Cheese with the Eggs in a large bowl until thick and frothy (about 5 minutes). Beat in the Cream, Mozzarella, Sauteed Vegetables, and Crabmeat. Mix thoroughly until creamy.

Pour the filling over the crust in the Springform Pan and bake at 350 until firm, 50 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before Serving.
